This three bedroom, one bathroom property is located just a half of a mile from Scarborough State Beach. With one queen, one full and four twin sized beds, this home can comfortably sleep eight guests. The convenient outdoor shower provides the perfect place to rinse the sand off your feet after a long day on the beach. The large plot of land that this property sits on, as well as the spacious indoor living area, are sure to wow all guests!
• Short-Term Rental Tax: All rental terms of 30 days or less are subject to a cumulative 14% tax (7% State Sales Tax, 5% Whole-Home Short-Term Rental Tax, and 2% Local Hotel Tax) on any rental occurring on or after January 1, 2026.
