Located a very short distance from both the Scarborough and Roger Wheeler State Beaches. A wonderful and spacious 4 bedroom home equipped with two queen sized beds and two full sized beds.
• Short-Term Rental Tax: All rental terms of 30 days or less are subject to a cumulative 14% tax (7% State Sales Tax, 5% Whole-Home Short-Term Rental Tax, and 2% Local Hotel Tax) on any rental occurring on or after January 1, 2026.
