This great beach house is only a short walk to the state beach. It will include inside three queen size beds. The first floor of the house only is included in the rental.
• Short-Term Rental Tax: All rental terms of 30 days or less are subject to a cumulative 14% tax (7% State Sales Tax, 5% Whole-Home Short-Term Rental Tax, and 2% Local Hotel Tax) on any rental occurring on or after January 1, 2026.
