Also a very short trip to both Block Island and Newport. Other local activities include Golf, Mini Golf, Go Carts, Roller Skating, Art Shows and Festivals (throughout the summer), Surfing Lessons, Wind Surfing Lessons, Kite Boarding Lessons, Jet Skiing, Boating, Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking, THE OPTIONS GO ON AND ON!
• Short-Term Rental Tax: All rental terms of 30 days or less are subject to a cumulative 14% tax (7% State Sales Tax, 5% Whole-Home Short-Term Rental Tax, and 2% Local Hotel Tax) on any rental occurring on or after January 1, 2026.
