This three bedroom, one bath property is ideal for professors, grad students and those students looking for a very quiet, comfortable place by the water. It’s close to URI, town, many amenities, and less than a mile from Point Judith Lighthouse. This house is fully furnished, and has a spacious layout with larger bedrooms including a king, two queen beds, one twin bed, and one full-sized pull-out couch. Everything is in place for a great academic or short term rental experience. There are newer appliances including washer/dryer, and the house is relatively easy to heat and cool. An inside utility room provides additional storage for bikes and luggage, and trash/recycling is provided. There is ample, assigned parking for three vehicles. The house is well-cared for and provides a unique experience for the winter/academic season.
• Short-Term Rental Tax: All rental terms of 30 days or less are subject to a cumulative 14% tax (7% State Sales Tax, 5% Whole-Home Short-Term Rental Tax, and 2% Local Hotel Tax) on any rental occurring on or after January 1, 2026.
