This great beach house is only a short walk to the state beach. It will include inside three queen size beds. The first floor of the house only is included in the rental.
• Rentals 30 Days or less are subject to a 7% Sales Tax and a 1% Hotel Tax Starting July 1st 2015.

It is always necessary to bring linens, towels and beach towels to all summer rentals. It is the tenant’s’ responsibility to fill the gas grill tank when empty.
